Second November Event: Reflection

I have experienced both triumphs and a bit of a setback this past month. I was able to attend Rosemary Armao's event on campus, which gave me further insight into how I should structure both my interviews and mindset when doing my project. However, I reached out to a member of the Alumnae Association on campus at the beginning of the month, but unfortunately, communication has not been too strong, and I have been unable to connect with more alums for my project thus far. For the remainder of the month and into December, I plan to solidify the women in which my project will be focused and conduct some solid research on them before meeting with them in person to conduct my interviews and experience some of what they do first hand. Ms. Armao helped me to partly answer one of the key questions of my project, "What makes a (female) leader?," by demonstrating fearlessness, curiosity, confidence, and a strong sense of identity and individuality, which will help me to further form interview questions and answer the driving points of my Signature project.
